- Go to Where does love go when it's over?
The poems are so incredibly deep, I feel. They are really making me think.

Where love goes when it's over? Back to the heart and gut,
back to the factory for re-tooling, because there's another fish in the sea, another streetcar named Desire, another form that fits the model for lover formed in toddlerhood. Sometimes it is soaked with regret, with caution, but it forms anew...

Love is a bonding; bonding isn't always love
but it can feel like it. And we get bonded by the heart sometimes, to an image we've overlaid on a real person, thinking that this is, in fact, the real person. So, the relationship swings around, back and forth, between image and reality. If they can't be somehow brought together, it's a mess.
