gosh
actually -- about the poor and the constition
many people remained poor and worked under atrocious conditions for corporations that did not care for their workes -- and still don't care -- not just for workers but for the American public. It was not until the late 1800's that people began rising out of poverty -- due to the efforts of the labor unions and government "intrusion" that started the ball rolling on fair wages, decent hours, age restrictions, vacations and sick leave, ad other benefits to the American Worker. Before that, we had sweatshops, several large families living in a 4 room tenement, useless deaths due to lack of health care, subsistence wages and much more.
only in America can people be foolish enough to believe that going backward into those dark times is actually moving forward.

I find it scary how the money has been flying around. It needs to stop.
