I once had a boss who didn't herself work Saturday but I did.
she would be outside in her car waiting to see when I left!!!!!

oh jemmie thats what we call a toxic workplace...i would start looking for new work that appreciates you and then start working only the hours you are required. they cant fire you for that....and if they are stupid enough to make sure you have that time log handy and all your paychecks so you can get them for unpaid overtime!
