Very deep questions you wrote for us to ponder.

UtahJay

Heart wrenching well expressed extreme pain, and I sure know about treating the life 'accumulations' with beer my friend.

Unfortunately, the story itself is common enough - many of us have had similar experiences in our lives. What makes it really stand out and touch our hearts is the way you tell it, UtahJay. Formidable writing!

Beautiful expression of a horribly traumatic time.  It's a weakness in our culture that the hurt are singled out for more pain rather than nurtured and healed.

Tough times Jay and kids can be cruel not emphasizing with a victim. Good read

You have such a way with expressing yourself in what has happened in your life.

Poor little guy, no wonder you found a way to block the horror out

Sometimes it honest-to-God seems that way.
