yes.I was just debating on facebook with a high school friend which is a doctor now. Now he is an atheist. His comment that started the debate was this, our country, USA, was not found on Christian beliefs or values in no way. He also added that there is not one reference to God in any document in our govt. So ire reminded him that all presidents are ssworn in using a bible. Therefore religion and politics go hand in hand,

Very good and heartfelt! But room has to be made for other types - the academics who refreshingly admit that they don't know everything and - on the other hand - the stern-faced believers who smugly claim they have all the answers and readily condemn everyone else to hell.
