Such a horrible situation

I do hope you get that restraining order.
Take every word and threat serously.  I'm not asking anything from The Great Master right now so your blessings are at the top of His list.  God be with you.

Aw geez - it never rains but it pours! I hope all turns out ok - courts & cops are sometimes way too lenient on this kind of thing.

He does sound dangerous to me too.  Will pray for your families' safety and for him to become less of a threat to them.  Sorry that happened.  I loathe post nasal drips, they are so aggravating.   Maybe he should not visit until he proves to be more stable, but I do not know how the courts would view that.

My goodness, what a horrible situation! I hope she gets the restraining order and the kids are not allowed to be in his care, EVER! The signs are there and hopefully the court will see them! I am so sorry for all the pain he is causing! sammie

An extremely scary situation you all are finding yourselves in...Here is to hoping that the court system ensures the safety of you, your daughter and the grandchildren.

Sounds like your ex son-in-law needs a bit of

mediation training and court supervision. In MO & maybe IL, the court requires divorcing parents to sit through some training sessions to learn what to say (and not say) to one another, to the kids or in front of them, so the kids aren't battered by their mutual anger. It's not easy to teach people who couldn't get along while married how to do it after a divorce. Guilt and grief can set off some nasty fireworks.

Hazel

What a disgusting man! And as to your nose, ask your pharmacist - there's stuff you can buy that helps stop the dripping...
