No doubt it is a mess! I have pondered the proposed cuts and it doesn't add up for me either! Perhaps they need a new Postmaster to figure out the mess! sam

A new day and a new way.... I think checks and balances have caught up with the system that over pays employees without having the essential funds or a problem with the input/output.  The answer is certainly not to have us paying double by taxing us as we pay for a service.  This is why UPS and FEDex are not in a similar bind.

The Post Office and the economy are linked

How many times have you heard that people need to "spend" more to get the economy going, and yet people just don't have the extra "disposable cash" to throw around, and the economy stagnates anyway? There is absolutely nothing that the Post Offices could possibly do to make people use their services more than they already do, and that, in turn, will lead to their final demise. It's somewhat of a shame. I, for one, will miss them.

I do everything that i can on line,,,since we already pay for Internet and

safety devices on the computer, it is only sensible to use it for as much as possible...its a new World out there.
