Thank you for the reminder. Another phrase that comes to mind is "Let Go and Let God." I truly need to keep that in my heart these days. Good post.

I've found so much peace of mind since embracing nature around me. Since embracing my own mortality. Living day to day, not thinking about the future, not worrying or concerning with making long term plans - though I do believe that one can be happy and fulfilled in setting a target, in trying to realise an ambition. I'm doing this myself - at this moment there are two stories I'm trying to write, both science fiction. They both are about ideas I believe in, ideas I desperately want to share with others - about who we are, what we are, what reality is, who are we to reality, to each other. They are a target - everytime I sit down to develop them further, it makes me happy, especially if I feel like I am making progress.

Blogging - communicating with other people, such as yourself, being part of something - this is important to me, as I'm sure it is to you. I think that peace of mind can come from being around other people, doing things for others, feeling apart.
