This is so important. God cannot forgive us according to the Lords prayer unless we forgive those who have offended us. Enjoy the class and share more with us.

Let go and don't feel like the victim, but I think a wrong done needs to be
righted, though not avenged.

I agree and it does work.....I have learned that i don't hate anyone...
i don't like their actions have been harmed by their actions but I just can't hold tight to a grudge even if I am still hurting. I still love those people.
