Dear one I am glad to know you are going to seek out more time for yourself. You may waste time because you feel guilty taking a lot of time for yourself. How many children did you give birth to and each had 9 months incubation, you are entitled to some rebuilding so you have more of a rested and together you to give them in the grown up stages too. TAKE TIME FOR YOU TO KEEP UP!
