The list is shown on a monthly cycle basis (starting from the date you subscribed). It looks like your account just started a new monthly cycle, so I don't think the list had updated yet, but it is now showing writers and pages read for the current cycle.
In addition, if you wish to see the previous monthly cycle, simply change the month to the previous month (at the top-right), and you'll see you have indeed read a lot of writers and pages!
