Thanks. Sometimes, these public figures know what they
meant to say, but their mouths jump the gun before their minds are actually in gear! Yeah, Arnold's was pretty good, but I still like the final one the best!

Perhaps. But you must remember . . . these people are almost constantly in the public eye, and almost as constantly being quoted day after day. They should take a deep breath, collect their thoughts, and
then speak. "Off the cuff " doesn't seem to work for many of these people!
