It Was a Tie...Sort of.
I was feeding the fish when the idea that one might flop out of his bowl into one of my son's shoes came to me, and then I thought "What would I call a story like that?" And then I sat down and wrote the whole thing. So it was kind of an all-at-once inspiration thing. Which is why I had to sit down and write it that minute. Inspiration strikes

Which Came First?
The title or the story? Sometimes, I write from the title to the story. Sometimes, it is the other away. If I were to bet, the title came first on this one.
