Time
I believe time is a necessary tool, which does not make it real. It exists to help us see yesterday and tomorrow. Time does not exist outside this world although the universe/universes keep expanding and many things in space move at a very fast pace. I think if we lived without time, the world would be less worrisome.

ARE YOU MOVING THROUGH TIME, OR IS TIME COMING TOWARD YOU?
Both are valid ways to look at time.
There is not an objective answer to your question.
All motion is relative.
With respect to moving through time, there is a third way to look at it.
Time is the measurement of change. We do not move through time, nor does time move toward us.
Bits and pieces of us change. That is how we feel time.
These three different ways of viewing time are equivalent.
Any objective fact determined by using one of these three views can also be determined by using each of the other two.
