I wish I could help you, we just went through the same thing not to long ago with our house and by the skin of our teeth found somebody who would lend us the money with a big balloon payment at the end we will never be able to pay, but it gives us five years to breath and plan and hope. Let me know about how much you need on one of my blogs, I don't know if I can help, but I will try.

perhaps if you gave the park a few dollares nearly every day and said that
you would keep doing this they may extend the time to get it paid off to a year. i wish i could help. my prayers are joining yours for a genuine proper solution.

Too bad you can't convince the park owners
that it's better to let the rent slide a bit longer and have good neighbors who will pay when things turn around, than to have a vacancy that's a guaranteed loss. Maybe this will open a door to something better for you.
