Wow! Looks as though I accidently tapped into, and triggered a response from, one of the local wine clubs! The "glass of water" scenario is simply the model most often used to compare pessimism and optimism. But hey, I guess wine can serve the same purpose! Just make sure you settle the debate
before you settle the bar tab!
