I love this and the picture are fabulous
You are so talented.  I love the sky pictures.  They remind me of the skies my Aunt painted.  We call skies like this Aunt Treva skies.

EE. you put so much into your blogs it makes me wish that I could paint. Now look what you have done I have eaten my evening ration of garibaldi biscuits and it is only 7:31 am. I was reading your blog and munching.

I loved your music selection! The clouds looked very threatening! While I was listening to your selection I opened my e-mail! Christopher left this morning and I hadn't talked to him for a few days, I had been trying to reach him for several days with no luck! Today I was a bit sad about it all but I stayed strong! So, I got an e-mail and he had been spending time with a gal he had met! I am so happy for him! I think it is a bit easier leaving when you know you have something real to come back to! He apologized for not having more time to talk to me but I told him it was better that he spent time with her, Lindsey that is! Also she will be getting her degree in business management at about the time he finished his tour in Afghanistan! So all is well for him at this point! Thanks for your prayers, it means a great deal to me! He said he is stuck in Atlanta for the night and it didn't bother him one bit because he said it is one less day he has to spend in Afghanistan! I feel guilty about fretting so and I always forget that he is the one who is headed to danger! Alas, I will think from his point of view in the future! I loved the pictures and how you had them arranged, too! I hope you are holding up well enough in the heat! We are heating up a bit, too! The warning have gone out for folks to be careful with fireworks, I am so fearful of fires since it is so dry! I hear fireworks as I write this and fire engines honking and hopefully it is not problematic! Man alive they can get loud and the sulfur is permeating the air! Have a wonderful 4th! Thanks for thinking of the troops, too! Sending my love and blessings to you my dear (Connie) Elyse! Shelly   xoxoxo

marvelous pictures as always, Elye...

And that one of Chett looking straight up into the camera is priceless (he looks like he's posing).....

Hope you all get some rain soon, and a substantial amount, too....
