I loved how you ended the tale! KUDOS! You know I am a fan of your work! And so many get rejected and the key is to send it in until someone says yes! Toni Morrison is a marvelous writer but her career did not take off until Oprah promoted her! So, just send it until you get a yes! sam

There is nothing wrong with your writing - or with being 49, for that matter. I agree that attitude can color our world, as can continuous heat, but this post put a smile on my face, so it seems like the attitude is looking up!
