I think it's time to have an open & honest conversation with your partner. You're experiencing insecure & jealous emotions. Is this a new relationship? Have you been together for some time & you've often felt this way? Or, did this just suddenly come on? Whatever the case may be, he's the one you need to discuss this with. You also must ask yourself, do you want to sabotage something good? Some people set themselves up to fail, because, they can't accept they deserve something/someone decent.

I don't think he is cheating as such, just a gut feeling he is not. I have also tried to catch him out without him knowing, so far, I know he is safe.
