Obama's words are of a great concern.

I am truly sorry for what you have suffered, Tzippy...

and I hope you don't mind some counter facts.

"Mr. Obama also condemned Arab “efforts to delegitimize Israel” including a planned September vote at the United Nations to “isolate” the Jewish state.  “Palestinian leaders will not achieve peace or prosperity if Hamas insists on a path of terror and rejection,” he said. “Palestinians will never realize their independence by denying the right of Israel to exist.” "

The article in your post is from a website - Christians United for Israel - closely connected to Pastor John Hagee:

"Despite Hagee's professed "Christian Zionist" beliefs and public support for the state of Israel, Hagee has made statements that some have interpreted as antisemitic, including blaming the Holocaust on Jews, stating that Adolf Hitler carried out a divine plan to lead Jews to form the modern state of Israel, calling Jews "poisoned" and "spiritually blind," and stating that the preemptive nuclear attack on Iran that he favors will lead to the deaths of most Jews in Israel.[48]"

No surprise, but unsettling to read in detail.  I had seen that Netanyahu took a firm stand during the talks from Fox news, even though he may have felt he had to make concessions.

The more I read about it, the less I am convinced that there will one day be peace in that area.
