Re:
Shelly, I get so moved sometimes with the inspiration of the moment that I can't decide - photo, write, sketch...so sometimes I may stop and do it all --- LOL --- so I'm glad you enjoyed and was able to glean the imagery ~ xoxoxo C Elyse

Re:
dear ChCh - it's nice to feel that inspiration again - I sometimes get too bogged down in LIFE and all its confusion and such and yet, I stop many a moment to hear a bird, to see creation and certainly to remember Peace and beauty.  It was Van Gogh that once said, "if you truly love nature, you will find beauty everywhere" - and I aim to find beauty.  A Clematis?  oh no, I had 5 growing in my garden --- they sizzled in the drought.  Made me sick.  Send those to me...if only you could.  Yes, let it grow...You know that's funny you mention that climber and such - I have some ivy I planted and ut-oh it's overtaking a back patch that DMan struggles with - and also 2 lovely honeysuckle vines --- they are overtaking a couple of my gardens and I tripped over some of the treads --- I hate to prune them but actually, I had to for they were choking some of my rose bushes.  And, when I replace my shutters on the front of the house soon, a big vine will have to be cut back and so I procrastinate on replacing shutters just yet.  Oh dear.  A cardinal has nested in that one too. E.E.

Re:
Sarah's funny --- she is witty and too much like her Daddy - they banter back and forth often and I stay amused.  I'm glad to be back - though sad to read of some people's sadness and sorrows...How are you AD? and how is all with you?  xoxoxo Elyse

Re: nothing to be modest about here MR. sun shines too hot but artestry
Sometimes I think dear Kabuski, that because of the MR SUN blazing so - especially here right now, that the flowers do take on modesty - so they won't attract its love too much - that sear and heat and even blaze from the heart of that Sun... I'm glad that you enjoyed.  Sending you big hugs and xoxoxo - Connie Elyse

You certainly unearth the imagery in the environment in this splendid poem! I could sense and see it all even without the pictures! BRAVO!!! Shelly

So nice to feel you have regained your inspiration E.E. It must be hard with all the trials of the recent weather, but amazing how plants revive and surprise one with tenacity.   The little climbers are determined to have their place in the sun. I kept cutting a clematis            down and even put a large sink over it and it still persists in fighting its way out so this year I let it grow, if you can't beat them.
