I like the point of mulling it over but I wonder if the returns would be worth it for them, for they might get a response on line sooner! sam

you have a point there straightforward but i think these days through the email works better due to the time and costs (through postage) incurred and anyway you can check the authenticity of it through their website.

I believe that some organizations do not recognize online petitions, instead opting to put more stake in paper ones.
