Okay, so I am filled with all kinds of things this morning but I read that a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water a few times per day helps to eat the belly fat away! Flavor with lemon and it's a decent drink! sam

it is a hard journey to lose weight and I have always had a real problem in that area, and now that I am older it is even harder and sometimes I dont deny myself my pleasure of something yummy to eat.  You only live once.

One thing you could tell yourself is to feed your body and not your mind! The mind does the craving for me when folks eat more than they want; or they don't eat like me! Just a humble suggestion for I use it myself! sam

It's a good start to my day for I have just finished my first meal! Now I only have to get two more in me! Yesterday I only ate twice but I am more determined to get them in today! sam

didn't see this before darling.....I need to lose 7lbs so that I am back to

my weight goal where i was and then i want to lose 3 more lb not skinny olf woman but not fat old lady either.

re the pretzils......that was yesterday, forget it...today is untouched.
