I won't care about embarrasing myself; I just have to get back to discipline and less portions and lose the 4 I took off this winter.  Wish you and any who join you the best!

I have ten nagging pounds to lose too! But my problem is not eating so I think I will commit to eating three times a day and make it good food too! I gain weight because my body thinks I'm starving it! But I might fail a lot in the beginning because I just don't care for food all that much! So I am on board! [Today I have been after myself to get something in me, I finally succeeded as I sat down to read your post!] sam

Count me in to lose 10 pounds!
Good for you! I will gladly join you! I have been taking diet pills tht just don't work, when you stop takig them.  and then I feel I put more weight on. I really need to lose 20 pounds. How does this work? Nothing after 6 pm? I can do that easily. I hope!
