At times I am not lovable. I know it. I've heard folks dishing about it
when they didn't know I could hear them. What it is, usually, is that at times I haven't been able to hide the fact that I find them tiresome or mean-spirited. My tongue has slipped ahead of my brain and blathered out some honest reaction to a hateful or stupid thing they've done. These days it happens less and less often, because in retirement a girl can select like-minded fully evolved humans to associate with.

I see a lot of ads for people needed to write someone's story (for pay)
It's a good field to get into. Sounds like you've enjoyed it and I hope you can get it published.

perhaps it is correct that concentrating on a love can interfere with the
job....it depends if you are pulling together or apart I am thinking.

I wish you a roaring success with that book about the author's experiences in China!
And as far as being loved is concerned, well, I have long since stopped worrying about that. In fact, I don't even care if they hate me, and many probably do...
