I try to stay in a positive mood but sometimes things pile up on a person, like trying to get information from the state on what type of business licence one needs to start a for profit and not for profit mixed business.

Being positive is way easier on the soul...As you say the best thing to do at times is to walk away from those people who are going to drain our positive energy from us.
