Poor kids left to fight the big devil all by themselves, I hope I ever recognize any like them and that it helps; they are too often overlooked by the social services.  I have missed some maybe; I murmur at them in public if they seem to be possible offenders, apparently there was no real peer pressure on the fiend.

Children develop their own ways of coping with events and people. Justi's comment is right on.

The sadness, the bravery and the writing in this is awesome. Thanks for the visit. Be blessed.

Those milestones can keep us going during the difficult times.

It is quite sad Tzippy that this world has all these differences and being young and modern is something a young child dreams of. Excellently written as always and even if I don't read all the time, I can feel how it has affected you when a child.

How sad for Oriel to take up karate to go after the monster! His innocence as it were was taken too quickly! I like your spirit of looking forward to graduation; it is after all an achievement! On the modern look I think it was great that your mother liked it, it seemed like it would give you hope even in these horrid circumstances! sam

Tzippy
It's great to see the cracks in the wall, as it were, and I love the spirit shown by your two little brothers...
