yes i agree with both of you,
you know, i even sent a letter to the White House about the on going situation in these departments, not only here, but everywhere. I am beginning to think they should drop the healthcare plan they are working on, and completely revamp the entire medicare/medicaid/ssi/disability system. I hae a friend in California who is going thru the exact same thing, so it is everywhere.

every one including we two here in Canada are being given the huge run
around...nobody seems to know anything...I blame some of it onto sloppy computer input....Computers can only do what we tell them if someone is yapping on the cell or whatever while they are typing in your info and they make a mistake...then you are screwed to the floor. Also....nobody seems to care.
Everything we buy or do or try to do there is a problem. I am so sorry for you that all this horrible stuff has been happening to you and I wish you could get well.
