Right now we can't risk being shut off from contact. All contact is all by his whim. And right now that is not a concrete suspicion so coming from us it would hold no weight, but I know what you are saying and we would still try to use them. Thanks

If you have suspicions, you can call CPS
and while they may not act on a single report, they do keep a record, and when they add up, are more likely to act
