The Fatal Republinazi Tactic
--is to assume that money always wins. Bush is outspending and outgathering his rivals--all 9 of them--20:1. Insane, right? But that will be his downfall, and Dean knows this. Add to that Dean's educational pedigree--considerably higher than our illiteroid ape-boy emperor's--and Bush's only chance whittles down to whether or not he can complete his ballot-box tampering nationwide in time for November 2004.
