Kabuiepie-;)
If we go together I'll place a bet for sure on #12, and we'll have a ball. Lovely post, especially about how you made fun for the old folks. I love you

Oh it would be fun to see pictures of all those hats.
A wet blanket at the casino?  Well, I hate cards, can't pick a number to save my life, so I stick to the slots.  When my roll of quarters is gone, I am done.

Trying to find the time can be so tricky.

Two really great posts, Kabu! I giggled as I pictured you high-tailing it out of the shop in embarrassment, then mentally squaring your shoulders and turning around to go right back in and bet on the right race, LOL! That's our Kabu!!

I love this account --- I love this one - awww Kabuski, I can see you twirling about making smiles and joy come from the nursing home's very hearts there.  awwww ~ and Egyptian Fez...oh my --- there we go ~

I rushed and took this so you can't see the full image of it, but this is the Fez that is in DMans treasure closet.  This was his Daddy's when he lived.  I loved that image there you wrote of.

Now, of Melbourne Cup won?  I like your view ~ It's front row.  Connie Elyse xoxo

I suppose it is really the atmosphere at these race meetings the colours and exciement breeding excitement. The bookies have to win overall or they couldn't come back each year.   I wish you still ran the Nursing home I would book myself in I feel I need a bit of nursing. I seem to have been running around in circles today but tar rah the good news is I have lost another pound of pure muscle from my tummy shall we bet who will reach 100 first. Roses today Kabu for Kate, trying to keep her cheerful.

I rarely bet either
and then only tiny amounts. My strange philosophy on this is that if the amount staked is small, the winnings are unlikely to be large and consequently I'm less likely to become addicted...
