I have signs on my trees (a couple in Spanish)..."Due to the Increased Cost of Ammunition, I do not fire a warning shot!"

I had a $5500 lawn mower stolen while I was gone on a trip last year.....Now I have the small deer hunter cameras mounted on trees.....Unfortunately land mines are not available at the Army surplus store.....

People steal -ANYTHING !!
I've worked at a major dept. store, and people took knobs and handles off of things, screws out of things, -and even -already partially used- little  deodorizers out of urinals in the men's restroom!!

where i live it happens all the time..
it's awful you can't trust nobody....everybody steals or wrecks things....how I wish I lived somewhere else...I would never ever do any of the things that has happened to me or people around me.

Poet ~ oh how many times has this happened to me and yes, I think as I HAVE to lock my car now --- each time... 'it happens in small towns' --- sad how our trust is spit upon.  Hope you feel better soon ~ it doesn't feel good to be violated.  Elyse

Keep Your Car Locked! I didn't!
One of the nurseries I worked at had a lady who droppedd her child off at the nursery and went outside and someone had smashed the window and stole her bag. She was gone about 5 - 10 minutes. They must have seen her drive up and as soon as she went into the nursery broke in straight away and then left.

I once had someone break my window
to get into my car. There was nothing valuable inside, I would have been better off to leave it unlocked.

Y That didn’t happen to me for twenty years. Then they broke my side window carefully. They took the car radio and set what? The wires or something neatly on the seat. It was professional. I didn’t listen to the radio in that car again. I didn’t until I bought my next car. Who do they know in town? Lol love. BCis-A, Bill’s RJLst

I think in this day and age we just need to keep out things locked up, it will only keep the honest people out for those who want to steal will do so regardless of the preparation! It is so unnerving to be violated! sam

I am so sorry that happened to you. I agree, I could not sleep to think I had even invaded someone's space like a car port... But those who are stealing so much most often are after something to sell for drugs; however, now so many out of work are doing the same. I too live in a small town and the newspaper has more than doubled the space of robbery and theft listings. Please be alert. Anyone who would come into your carport to get stuff from the car pretty much has to know you are home. I plead the blood of Jesus over your property to keep away any harm and deliver it from any evil. I hope you do not mind.
