It seems that I, too, am disgustingly healthy Grandmummy.  As you well know, most people with my condition have lung issues, and sometimes heart issues as well.  Not a trace of either in my case.  My blood sugar remains normal, my bloodtests always come back just fine...I must admit there are things I take for granted that I should not, and I am grateful for every healthy day God grants me.

I love you...

Vitamin L, makes you give up smoking,
activates the pleasure centers of the brain, nudges you to spend hours on the phone, leave "everything" behind and jump on a plain. It's Vitamin L that lets you think you're entitled to love yourself and life, to take leaps of faith... And the most interesting thing about it -- it's contagious, other people can catch it from you.  Take one, repeat as needed.

It was vitamin L that did it for you...

Well I do most of those things Kabu and I am a wreck I can't get down below 12 stone my hair won't lie down I don't want to get up at six in the morning and I'm worried about eating any of the five half priced boxes of chocolates that I have bought for Xmas presents. However I am pleased that you are growing in strength and feel fitter than you have for years. Could it be something like that little twinkle in someone's eye that you see occasionally
