I am glad things are settling a bit for you! The first year of teaching is so difficult and then you didn't get the best of assignments! When the year is concluded you will be happy you stuck it and the kids will be all the better for ti! I am very proud of you MEGIRL!! MEDEAR

I'm sure it will get better with time.  Meanwhile, if your anxiety is that bad, perhaps you should see your doctor for a little help with your nerves.  A low dose of Xanax does wonders for me when my anxiety kicks in.

I hope that it gets easier for you and that you eventually get to the point where you really enjoy it.  I had a crazy dream last night that woke me up.  It was about me working where I used to work--and I have been retired for six years.  LOL

Good for you, Auslander! I fully sympathize with your not sleeping - which makes things even harder the next day. Still, I bet you have many rewarding moments with your teaching too. Imagine the stories you can write about! Nice to hear from you again.
