OK I couldn't even watch the whole thing on this as I am darn near spitting
coffee all over the monitor. Are these people on crack? Let's address that part of where they are looking at is gang infested territory!
When I worked construction, they would not allow women to work in downtown Detroit because of the his incident of violent crime in the area.
Those places are not vacant because there is no transportation to them, they are vacant because people are afraid to be there. It's not a race issue, it's a crime issue. NOBODY of any race wants to be there.
Start by cleaning up the crime, filling those homes and businesses and then worry about a freaking light rail that would trap a victim inside while they are being robbed, beaten, raped or killed!
