This is a new one on me.  I think I'd minimize those fees as much as possible by withdrawing everything all at once, so that there would be only one withdrawal fee, and go deposit it in my normal bank account.  The same $20 base would always be there and I'd only have one withdrawal fee for each check.

The military has done this for years
I know many family courts do this as well with support.  It either goes onto a reloadable Visa or into the bank account directly.  It does eliminate things getting lost in the mail.

Goodness me what next..it is like another tax.....whatever happened to
direct banking...my Nusring pay used to go straight into the account,which was good because I was usually too tired to go and get any cash out.
