wow, THIS IS THE KIND OF STUFF THAT THE NEWSCASTERS DONT
seem to find news worthy. mmm, lower or higher case, I dont know, just because NY has so much extra money may as well play with the font. I personally can think of other things to do with a few million extra dollars.
