I just gained 10 lbs in the past couple of weeks...
by eating by impulse instead of intent. Now I am losing it again.
Indulgence is forgiveable but it has to be paid for, and I am paying this week by eating a lot of soups, very little carb, and none of it cheap, refined or sugary. I am putting cooked food over salad greens rather than rice or pasta. Also drinking lots and lots of water, because my protein intake is up, eating this way.
Since it was recent and short-term gain, it isn't that hard to lose. The ones that are a challenge are the next 10 lbs which I have been packing around for years, and really really need to shed!

I dont like dr oz, am I the only one?
I dont trust him, i dont like his advise, and I guess I just dont like him
as for loosing 10, i sure hope you can, i will be rooting for you, but dont do the dr oz way, its a temporary solution for a permanent problem, find a better way.
vitamin be and omega 3 will help you loose weight
there is a product called marva, its made out of sage oil and it has all the omegas, it will help, other than that there is a book by nealon hightower called six simple steps, he lost 110 lbs, the easy way, now there is a permanent solution, so ten lb should be easy, and it is, It's got to be easy, thats my motto.

Good luck with that. I have lost 33lbs since January 6/10 and I want to lose another 17lbs. I'm doing Weight Watchers on my own and so is Helen.
