This takes me back to my childhood. There is always a child like that in every crowd it would seem. It helps in teaching the others to be more benevolent, more sharing. But, it is a hard lesson for the Mandy-type child. Sometimes it is in their nature to be that way all their life no matter what and they never learn that real happiness is found in giving.

You always get me. You are a wonderful story teller, Pat-B. And I agree with Kabu - I hope this happened in the days when a swat on the bottom was the perfect thing to teach a child that there are limits.

I IHOPE THIS WAS IN THE DAYS WHEN ONE COULD STILL GET AWAY
WITH A TAP OR TWO ON A SPOILT BOTTOM. WELL WRITTEN PAT DARLING...I TOO GOT RIGHT INVOLVED WITH THIS TALE.
