To change a blog's description, please click Write (at the top-right corner of the page) and click "Edit" next to the blog's name to go to the blog's editing page. On the blog editing page, click "Change name, description or category".
To change the lists, please click My Account and click the relevant link in the "Comments, Pictures & Lists" section.
