Regarding your pen-name, I NEVER would have figured that out, for myself!
Adnohr/Rhonda!
OF COURSE! I had never gone past the vacant-headed assumption that you were given some kind of an unusual sounding appellation, one of Asian or Mideastern origin, by your parents. This uncharacteristic lack of curiosity is unprecedented for me. I normally worry such mundane mysteries half to death, until it makes sense to me. I am quite like Adrian Monk, in this regard. Wonder if I should spend a day or two studying on THIS change in myself! Ha! Ha!
Names that sound so very foreign to our western ears, must have a counterpart to what seems to be normal sounding names for us. For all we can know, a lot of our names probably sound like expletives or bird calls, to many people from other cultures. I always thought you sounded just like all the rest of us frustrated North-American authors, in your writing. DUH!

Yours sounds like the kind of scene one could get used to...
And to Auslander: Read it backwards...

Hi Adnor, I've been meaning to ask you for a while now: are you really in the bush? I mean, in the real Québécois bush? And what does Adnor stand for? I know, I should have asked a long time ago, but with all these nice stories you are writing, I always forgot!
