It is exactly what i realized today as I asked myself, can I loose all the weight i want in the same exact place that I have gained all the weight I want, and the answer is YES. I can and I am, because the only thing you can ever really change is yourself, and it doesnt matter where you are. you can change in a jail cell as well as in a castle, so why not here and why not now?

I really did have a realization today but I observed my brother's realization when he went to rent a car to go to the game in Seattle! He is a cash man and does not have a bank account by choice but without one he could not rent a vehicle! So perhaps he will become part of the establishment in this regard! I think it is possible to turn over a new leaf while clinging to the same tree, too! And to go a step further, the tree always benefits from a little pruning, too! Perharps just cleaning up one's environ would make a world of difference! Being able to see over the top of things can enhance the environment for the perspective would be greater with a taller view! sam
