Hi spiderfly thank you for viewing I hope this isn't the start of my second childhood, I don't think there is much demand for poetry these days, but I hope not for future poets.

Sorry Shobana I sometimes scrap things because I think they might hurt someone, I know your Daddy is ill perhaps it doesn't come through soon enough that they were waiting in the maternity wing.

I used to sit on my daddy's lap long long time ago CC :) now he is sick and this made me a little melancholic actually. Wonderful poem.

I forgot this was written by an adult when I was reading it....you really
had me feeling that I was reading a child sitting on her Daddy's lap.......it is a priceless piece of art.
