Re: hanging chads

If I catch your reference, the hanging and other chads were a clear indication of voter fraud by the Democrats. Back in the day, when I had to pre-punch perforated punch cards in the leftmost columns as part of my junior programmer duties, if I tried to punch too thick a stack with my #2 pencil, I would get exactly the "chads" observed in Florida some twenty-five years later.

I guess it is easier to be nosalgic about the past than live in the

present......I am one of those old fashioned people who still believes that our Queen has tried her hardest to be a really good person.

I'm sorry some folks feel that way. I'd want to shake his hand if for no other reason than he is the leader of the United States of America. Fact is he was elected democratically, there were no hanging tabs on those voting slips.........God Bless America......

What makes this country great is we can vote for a new one...politics is not of interest to me much, I'm too cynical and don't trust any politician, sorry. Great responsibility and power are easily corrupted. Human nature?
