I guess everything what I made in last two years is mine because I have already left him, plus I left everything what I made before. This is the house I purchase last August, lived here but I couldn't legally tied everything to me until yesterday, now I am good.
Vish n kar get everything incase anything happened to me .

I'm glad the house is yours but if you want to keep it from any further problems Have a homestead this will keep other from claiming your property and If you have a quitclaime deed made out to your kids it will further protect your assets and personal property. A living trust also will keep it out of probate if anything happens to you. A probate usually is one to two years but there is a new law if all your paper work is in order it would only be for three months. I was a signing agent and notary for California and did a few of these signings. Blessings Fema
