I sure hope you get your delivery! But service? Or simply reasonably good manners? They're so rare that I never expect them, and Im actually shocked when I do occasionally experience them...

You did a good job lover and saved me a lot of emotional garbage I didn't need. Anyway, I've laid them on Phonebusters and the OPP like the other outfit now, so they will get a message from that.

A company repreasentative was that rude?
That is incredible...  if somebody had done that to me I would be posting reviews of their company all over the internet and writing letters to local papers - the biggest smear job I could do so that nobody else ever had to go through that kind of experience.

Kabumom: I think I've heard of this company. If it's the same one, they advertise all the time for phone solicitor positions to be filled...is this guy just a telemarketer that doesn't know anything? If it is the same one, I was told they were out of California. When I called about a receptionist position that they'd advertised, they told me it was receptionist PLUS (big surprise) some sales...which I would be doing out of my home. So, really it was mostly sales. The product looks really nice off the internet pictures. I'm sure it will all work out for you...but how FRUSTRATING to deal with such a little bratty guy on the telephone. Makes you want to reach right through the line and ....well.....YOU know!!!

It is a sad commentary on the business practices of companys today
Best of luck on getting your porch.  Rosie says hi to auntie Kabu and Wiley.  She is in the doghouse for chewing up the toliet paper rolls.  I don't know what has gotten into her.  I haven't felt like walking her so she has too much excess energy.  If loud noises didn't scare her so much, I fit her in velcro mittens so she could learn to vacuum and clean up after herself.LOL

This sounds like a recurring nightmare of some of my bad interchanges with Dell. I had good and bad.  I hope you get it.  Some of theirs worked with me.  You may wind up doing more of the footwork if they are really far gone.

Agree that lustorlove is an honest to goodness person..LOL but really Kabu, sometimes these people don't realise how hard it is to make the money that we spend on and they have to appreciate that it is on their product! I hope you get it by Monday darling and thank you for the visit.

thank you for the compliment, I do try hard to please customers but its the so called a h bosses that mess things up, I will be writing a blog about my day later, hope all goes well with the patio

What an ordeal to have to go through. I have thankfully never had anything like that when dealing with customer service to places. That company is sure taking your business for granted.

Customer service
I can't understand this Kabu if we purchase anything the firms fall over themselves to give details of dispatch etc. Usually they ask for feedback. I only hope nothing is wrong with it, but try not to worry, it will all work out right in the end, which it might not do if I were building something , don't tell Wiley I use nails instead of screws. Nice plant you know how to pick them, would you believe I bought two plants from the supermarket and when I got them home one fell to pieces in my hand it was too wet and the other one was bone dry but OK. I suppose I should have taken the duff one back. Be happy
