The Muslims I have met (Non-radicals) seem to be more accepting than Christians of atheism and people of differing faiths. While my impression of the radical Muslims is that they are as bad as radical Christians when it comes to how they deal with anyone who does not share their faith.

However, I have seen worse things come out of religious groups.
Just wait and see how the Islam treats atheist, than you really got a problem.
