Kabu
Yeah, they found 'gnomes' as well, on one of the Indonesian islands! Actually they were the size of Hobbits, roughly...We don't know if they had hairy feet, though...

I often get sucked into this. Recently I forwarded an email to the Bonus Son about the US removing 'in God we trust' from our new coins.

Husband sent me back an article showing that it wasn't true....the words are on the side now. Still not happy about that (why can't they remain on the face?), but I'd passed on misinformation and made a snide comment about it, to boot. I'm sure Bonus Son was the one to de-bunk it and took great joy in passing that along to his father. Rats.

The Gnomes tell me I am a spoil sport so I'll write a blog about something

kabu, carbon dating wont do any good;  christians say that it is flawed -- you know, science is just a philosophy.

A great idea to do some research. A fine researcher you would make...I remember the shark and the helicopter photo. It was discussed in a textbook to one of my education courses, Teaching Reading in Content Area II.

There is nothing wrong with believing in magic darlin'  and my voices tell me gigants do exist...  Why.... everyone knows about Jack and the Beam stalk... Those people that delight in denying fantastic things exist are handicapped... they were born without imagination, poor souls,  but you and I know that in the land of gnomes... mermaids swim in the sea and there are pots of gold at the end of rainbows.  Let them live in their factual world... I rather close my eyes and live in mine  or open them and look at  the marvelous things they can not see,  :-) xoxoxo

That's what the con artists depend on, our hope or suspicion there's
a money tree or a miracle drug or some secret "they" don't want you to know. There's one born every minute. But gnomes: they're real.

Kabu
Perhaps there were little gnome type creatures Kabu, If they had a structure such as wood instead of bone, they might have just become coal in time.
