Kabu, Me too, my father was a pretty good fighter, a trait not recessive in my sibs. I keep my distance. Lol

Well Sir my Grampy would fight at the drop of a hat. My father less so but he had a quick temper. Sometimes I would get in a temper when I was young and in that mood I would fight anyone weaker than myself. As one gets older one realizes that one has to allow for moods in others even if it does not come naturally. No I don't feel like fighting you at the moment.

w? Aye I know a Scot Irish. Up North it’s the Italian Irish. And the Germans put in their two cents. So people have fought since the fall of man. In other words, there’s nothing new about it as the book takes off on fights. And, I have a feudin’ n’ a fightin’ short story series that runs monthly or so on my blog. BC-A, Bill’s RJLst

This is very insightful and relevant to my experiences. I have identified these phenomenon and cannot prove them, and have undergone many dark things because of them. The feuds of the world cause oppression and trouble and rarely if ever, any good. They feud in the Arab countries too. This short blog is making a lot of things come together for me that I had pieces of the puzzle with. I am grateful almost beyond words to put some of this together.

great link - thank you DSM ~ I have ancestral studies from many relatives - a few sites and I peek in from time to time and receive journals and CD's of interesting finds and searches...I do enjoy finding out about people in my heritage. There is a bit of Irish in my line along the way but, I have a strong 'mix' - I do not like conflict. I try to stay away from it but if it glares at me and provokes me, I don't know I may tend to 'debate' ~ Elyse

I am not Scot or Irish, and don't have the nerve to fight at the drop of a hat but I have met countless people with all those qualities..
Thank you for the visit and yes you got the equation right..lol.

I don't think a person can live for 72 years without having met someone along the way who is like that.

I would say that we need to learn from our past in order to stop the cycle of failure. People who do not make the same mistake twice do.
