Kabu
I kinda like rats! Back at University we used to train and 'run' rats in the Psych lab - they were the white ones, and they're actually quite cute, and pretty smart...

I wouldn't be too keen going to a family, friend or neighbor's house if there was a rat. Yuck.

BTW, I think Baltimore City has more rats than people.

Rats can be rattie that way
their life may be worth $5,000, but if it is so, there are many rats in new york that should be collecting the money

Uhhhhh?
Do they have a small rat fence extending the length of their border with BC?   What about the illegal rats slipping in through their Southern Border?

Rats as pets -- no thanks.
They're plague carriers, filth makers, where they go, other creepy crawlies follow. But they are smart, they have great survival instincts. They don't eat sugar.

But unless Matilda was pregnant, what trouble could she have been? Would have been a lot cheaper to keep her. Love the comment about your snake!

I would love to know how they manage keeping a whole province "rat free"  That is some doing!  Just last week I was walking to my friends house in the west side of Manhattan and I almost tripped over two rats that were having also their evening stroll down the same sidewalk loll  New York City is over runned with rats!!!!  and Alberta has none??? WOW  I am impressed  :-)  xoxoxo
